Weaning off antidepressants will start very soon

My doctor, 15 years ago uped my dose of Citalopram (Celexa) to 40mg. We have learned that only half that is effective. I have started to weigh the pill and cut off 10mgs each day for a month. Then if I am feeling up to it I will take 30mg for a month. We are hoping to get off it for good. It is responsible or partially responsible for my Peripheral Neuropathy. We have an appointment with my Doc tomorrow to get this going, hopefully.

Is Celexa known for neuropathy, or is this your own conclusion? I take So Many Drugs, I can't believe they are not interfering with other things.

These medications can be very difficult to wean from. Good luck…do not give up..
