I read the article ‘attached’ but it didn’t say where this was taken

This got me to thinking about wind on other planets?
Captured by MRO’s HiRISE camera, this image shows rippling sand dunes coated by a layer of frost made of both water ice and carbon dioxide ice, giving the dunes an alluring blue sheen.
