I only heard about the three breasted lady, but figured that probably wasn't true by the details that went with it when it was reported.

I was hoping this was going to be more on youtube stories something like the following.

It used to be that "a picture was worth a thousand words". But Now, with Photoshop, many pictures, especially those which go "viral", are probably faked.
