PS:
My optimized procedure.. Buy 1 kg sealed bag grind fresh beans, we use Italiano Lavazza or French brands.
With a clean high quality burr grinder, like Mellita, Braun, Jura, set grind almost espresso fine,
in electric kettle, boil filtered water, fill moka pot lower to valve, use scoop, fill funnel, but do not tamp, close upper and screw together
stove lowest heat, wait till brew fills top, immediately remove from stove, decant 50 ml per espresso cup,
enjoy with sweetener or au natural! Clean Moka pot immediately ONLY use water and paper towel, NO soap, abrasive etc.
Leave open and apart to dry.

Yes a detailed and lengthy procedure but becomes a ritual, yields THE VERY BEST vs any machine or other method, filtre, press, etc
