Having my first cup now.
I'm always in a creamer dilemma. I don't use any flavored creamer type things.
Real cream, milk, or half n half is ok.
I really love the Silk, non gmo, organic soy milk in the green container. I can only find that particular style in the commissary or Harris Teeter in my town.
It has a bit of fiber and a lot of protein. Its low fat. It's creamy and very slightly sweet. Not "beany tasting" like some. If you shake the box you get a nice latte style foam.
However, it comes with the controversy about soy and phylates that cause cancer.
I only drink it with coffee, so no more than maybe 3/4 cup at most.
Do you think my obvious, possibly misplaced, love of the soy milk outweighs the risk?
