Well I have a video project,

for tonite.....I just set up my game camera overlooking my bed!@!! Why, well because at some point last nite I threw a pillow from the bed into the little hallway
space, and I DO NOT remember doing this!!! So, I'm taping my self to see if there
is a repeat....I have been sorta concerned about this all day long....wierd....

I have often thought about setting a video camera at the end of my bed.
Just to see if I have fretful or calm sleep.

How far is the hallway from your bed? Could your arm have swung the pillow out toward it (maybe as you were turning)? I have occasionally found my pillows on the ground near my bed but never that far.

There is a not uncommon sleep disorder that can maniest in a variety of ways ranging from rapid eye movement to sleepwalking and me kicking my wife during a nightmare. Throwing a pillow would probably not be an unusual manifestation. The real danger is injuring your sleep partner, or flailing around, falling out of bed, and injuring yourself.
