Well, what’s everyone doing tonight?

Oh, I have had a few. This one is a follow up to one I had in September. They found a polyp and now will remove it. I had asked why they did not remove it when they found it, just said they wanted to have a piece of it checked first. Even my PCP (when I saw her in January) could not understand why he did not just remove it in Sept. rather than make me go through the procedure AGAIN.
Another fee!
Hope you're doing ok Marie.

I've had a few colonoscopies, Marie - and when they found a polyp, they removed it at a follow-up appointment. Perhaps, it's about $$$

Well, the only good thing for me is that I will have no co pay, as colonoscopies are considered "wellness" visits. As with mammograms. But, there is still a hit to insurance companies.

Learned to do that when living at the cabin
Lower back would tighten when chopping wood
Stop, hang on a stout limb for a minute or so
Good to go
I learned this from my PT lady-

For Lower Back-
Lay flat on back. With both hands, draw knee slowly upward to chest and hold for a few moments.

Then, the other knee.

Repeat 3 times to start

@Marie5656 . Then, you are prepping tonight for it. Well, look at it this way - it will soon be over, and not as bad as colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy.

When I went for my sigmoidoscopy, they mistakenly put me down for rigid, not flex. It was very uncomfortable.

Anyway .. one more sleep, then tomorrow, it's all over with. Hope you get a decent sleep.

Tonight,at 9pm on Food Network Channel, will be watching 'Kids Baking Championship'
I got 'hooked' on this show about 2 yrs ago. These young bakers are from around the country ages 11-13.Its amazing what they create every week. The judges,Valerie Bertinelli and,Duff give them encouragement&criticism in what they have baked. They aren't mean spirited when they tell them how they can improve, its obvious they really like the kids

I only got 4 hours of sleep last night even though I slept real well and felt so relaxed laying it bed when I woke. So, hopefully tonight I will get back to sleep early and get more sleep...I can get very cranky when I don't get my sleep :cautious: (y)
