We've got the Wuhan flu.

We'd been feeling pretty poorly about three days plus gradually losing our taste so after not being able to shake it off on our own we finally got tired of it and went to the doctor a few hours ago.....we've both got Covid.

We were both given prescriptions for thirty big ol' horse pills that have to be taken six per day for the next five days, a inhaler, some cough syrup and a nasal spray all of which we had to go to the pharmacy and pick up....dr. said that the pills would put a bad almost metallic taste in our mouths and they have.

Mama has always been a good nurse and I'm sure that she'll get us both through it.

When I had it I was prescribed Paxlovid. My doctor caught the disease early on and the Paxlovid worked extremely well.

oh wow..I had no idea.. when I caught covid I didn't even go to the doctor.. I couldn't have even dragged myself out of bed...

People wouldn't go to the doctor, not allowed into surgeries with cold and flu symptoms, would be arranged over the phone and delivered by the chemist.

Holly there are three pills on each blister card inside the box that are meant to be taken all together as one dose twice daily for five days.....two 150mg Nirmatrelvir and one 100mg Ritonavir.

The outer box itself says Paxlovid by Pifzer on it.

My wife and I both got Covid a few months ago, but they were mild cases. We're both up to date on our vaccinations, so that probably had something to do with it.
