What an absolute Farce isn't it ?... It's been reported this morning that Camilla Parker Bowles ' ex husband has been invited to the Coronation.. and will be front and centre . So her divorced husband can be there but the divorced Fergie can't ?.. what a hypocritical state of affairs !

she did but if I remember rightly it was before Cammy ( lol).. and Andrew were married... and it couldn't be anything serious because Andrew is a Catholic and no Catholics were allowed into the Royal Family.
I honestly don't know what these women saw in him, I've always thought he's quite repulsive to look at

No president has ever been invited to a Coronation... and neither has any divorcee.. lol ( unless you're the king and Queen in this instance)..I've just thought, this is the first time that we've had a Divorced monarch.. much less 2 of them..

According to this, President Biden was invited and so was President Eisenhower (if I read that correctly), both choosing to send envoys in their stead.

Wasn't Henry VIII divorced from Catherine and/or Anne of Cleves? I guess it was annulment, but about the same.
At least the current monarchs haven't beheaded any of their exs.

I'm overwhelmed. I can't keep up with with all this. I just hope that Brits will be happy with how all this washes out. How the party goes will satisfy some and aggravate others. Most of us are just cogs in a wheel working to make our own lives better. The Royals can figure out their own problems.
