What A Day! I Should Have Stayed In Bed

This morning I went to have my taxes done only to see the person in the office had no mask and no gloves.
Next, I tried to transfer money on line from my CITI acct to my Wells Fargo acct. only to be find I could not move more that $1000 per day. I called and per the automated line I have no accounts attached to my CITI acct. despite an email saying it went through. So after spend 20 minutes with two different CITI reps each contradicting the other they claimed all is fixed. They never apologized for the screwups. The entire time my voice was repeating back as if I was saying the same thing twice. They could not fix it.
Next, I ordered a part from Moen a few weeks ago and on USPS website the tracking number has it listed as deliver date "Unknown". I got off the site but got back on to write down the tracking number but it was gone. So I called Moen and was told due to the COVID19 they are unable to take calls.
Now, I am going to the liquor to but a half pint of Crown and a six pack. Hopefully a plane will not fly out of the sky and land on me. If it does I'm sure it will happen after I have pent my money at the store. 🤬💩

I spent 45 minutes trying to get the receptionist at the HVAC repair to understand that I wanted the intake air vent for my furnace replaced. She had no ideal what an intake air vent was. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Felt like I was at the Walmart asking where the popcorn was. I feel your pain.

Sounds like the day I was in the gardening dept. at Walmart ... asked the man where they keep fertilizer spikes and plant food
.... he looked at me like I was from Mars.

On Saturday, I lost my wallet, with my cash, credit cards, driver's license ,registration, etc. On Monday, I went to get a new Pennsylvania driver's license. I could do it online, but you need your license number to fill out the form. I lost my driver's license, and dumb me, never wrote down the license numbers. So I couldn't fill out the form, which asked for the numbers. No problem , all I needed was my birth certificate. Now, I'm standing in front of them, where the hell do you think I came from- a cabbage patch. How is a birth certificate supposed to tell them I'm me? After many trips back and forth, I got my interim drivers license. I had to cancel my credit cards, and lost my cash, so thankfully I didn't have to buy anything. I could have used a check, but they would have wanted a driver's license. AHHHHH!!!!!!
BTW, as I'm standing in line at the DMV, the guy before came back in-he lost his wallet.

It’s such a pain when you lose your wallet, sorry that happened. Here you need 3 forms of ID to get a drivers license. birth certificate, a letter which has your name and address on it and comes to your house (PO Box no good); and a photo ID from a major store like Costco or where you work.

I have a brother-in-law who lost his wallet so many times he now keeps it chained to his belt. I think I'm a bit compulsive when it comes to belongs I take with me when I go out. I always double check to make sure my keys and wallet are in my bag before I get out of the car. And I check again before I leave wherever it was that I drove to. I'm a strict believer in "a place for everything, and everything in it's place". Some might call me insecure. I prefer to think I'm mindful or deliberate

On edit: I never thought about needing my driver's license number, if I lost it. I just took a minute to write it down, just in case. ;)
