As we're only just into 2016 isn't winter 2015 the same winter as 2016 so far?...or are you comparing February to February?

We're past the midway point of winter 2016.
I agree. I just shoveled out of a snowstorm yesterday so I can get to the grocery store this morning and pick up supplies for the 3 snowstorms we're supposed to get this week. The Northeast always gets belted with snow. I'm sick of it. Winter doesn't really end here until, like, May.
