What an eye opener.

So, just curious, do you feel that way about Oprah? ...Regarding her stake in the WeightWatcher stocks, on Tuesday she lost 43Million in the stock market but I'm sure that won't hurt her much.
You only lose it if you sell your equities. Paper losses don't count if you hold onto your equities and they rise in value again when they are sold.

You're talking about long-term. As long as Oprah lives long enough to realize recouping her loss she'll be okay...but we're living in a volatile time. It's all in the timing. Her age is 65. It's a high stakes game of when to switch to low risk. Sounds like she's still medium or high risk. I'm medium risk but feel I'll need to make that change sooner rather than later. I'm still holding on for now.

Not much on the doc. Sounds like a bookseller and if he eats healthy, he would not have the girth. Just my opinion. See how he lasts in the future. The truth always comes out!

Weight Watchers called it the "decisive moment" when you decide to want to be thinner more than you want to eat more. Always liked that concept.

I for one do not take much stock in any of those online hawkers of medical miracles.

Me neither. These days every doctor is telling us our gut is the problem. Before it was the heart. I'm open to all opinions, but shy away from people making millions pitching their health philosophy.
