Made a large salad with I took leftover roast pork from the freezer. I cubed it adding shredded cheddar, pickled onions, croutons & french friend onions.

I had a sandwich on B-Free bread, with thinly sliced chicken breast, plant based mayonnaise.
Sliced pears, gluten/dairy free vanilla cookies and 16 ounces of spring water.
Unbelievable! I stuck to my diet for once!
