I've heard that making sourdough bread is more productive when it is made in cooler climates. Do you find this to be true?I am not cooking or baking much these days except for my sourdough bread.

The church lady that I was buying some from, well...it wasn't very sourdoughy and I heard it was because our climate is too warm. Plus, this last time she burnt the bottom. Needless to say...that's the last time I will be buying from her.
We use parchment paper in our air fryer. It really helps with clean up too.For meatloaf, Iβd seen a tip somewhere to line the loaf pan with parchment paper. It makes it easier to remove and to clean up. Last night I used the rectangular parchment paper for an air fryer. It worked even better.
