What Are You Doing (Or Not Doing) To Make Life Easier?

I know someone who is 82 years old and having to take care of both her 74 year old sister who is almost dead from ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) and her 102 year old mother. The mother is in assisted living but it's still a lot for her.
