What are you favorite times of day? Or perhaps your least favorite is more descriptive.

Gardenlover

The world needs more love
I love sunrise, full sun, twilight, and sunset, but dread the dark of night, with which I often struggle.

Twilight being the most enticing for me - although, melancholy at times.

Any insights?

Depends I suppose. Gardening and summer barbq needs a nice summer day with loads of sunshine.

On the other hand curling up with a good book and a nice mug of hot chocolate suits a snowy winter day, or a cloudy, rain falling day.

I can read anytime - Spring, Summer, Fall or before a roaring fire.

Garden parties and summer - is there anything better? In this, I can gladly go far into the night time hours.

At this point in my life, my favorite time is around 8:30AM, after we have gotten the little furry ones fed and are settling in for a fine cup of coffee in the morning sunlight.

My least favorite time is around 4 in the morning when I find myself in the bathroom where my bladder and prostrate are refusing to work together.

As a morning person,I love taking my early walk anywhere between 6:15-7 esp during spring, summer, fall.I like hearing the birds chirping, breathing in the cool, crisp air. I try to take my other walks mid morning {if I'm home},afternoon As for winter, depending on the weather I try to go on the early walk
In summer and early fall, love sitting outside in our community garden either reading or talking with other residents
If the weather is awful outside,I'll read my books mid morning, after lunch&nap, dinner

In the winter I enjoy the time right after lunch until about 4 PM. By then I have my usual household chores done, our evening meal is figured out and made to the point where I can just heat it up or throw it together.
The time is all mine to enjoy my hobbies.
Evenings drag. Not much on TV that interests me but the hubby loves it so I sit and watch with him.
In the summer I love to work in the garden just when it is beginning to get dark. I hate the heat and humidity of the summer months. It is quiet, cool and the bugs have gone to bed and I can here the peepers all around me and an occasional owl. Sometimes I work until I can't see the weeds anymore.

my favorite time is at bed time, I wear hearing aids and when I take them out I hear nothing, no traffic, just quiet. I am profoundly hearing impaired. I so dislike the word deaf. I can not hear anything and am glad my spouse has good hearing in the night since I cant hear the fire alarm etc. I like to read before I turn out the light at night. I miss listening to the rain etc... but silence is golden...

Twilight, definitely Twilight. That's been my favorite since I was a child. It always seemed to be a "gift" from the day......a brief extra few minutes of being active and outdoors before settling into the evening.
Plus that's when the fireflies come out.

The changings of the day are all my favorites

But, if I had to pick, they'd be dawn and dusk

Twilight being the most enticing for me - although, melancholy at times.

Dusk..twilight, when the prairie wolves trill their eerie odes to the day like only they can
…..add a bit of mist, and well, I'm singin' with em

Heh, we had a cabin back in the '70s
Right before we all tucked in, the question was posed;
'Anybody gotta go?'
Had to walk to the outhouse with my lady...due to the eerie wails thru the alders
Gave her the creeps
I loved it...gave me a chill

But morn...early

ohhhhhh yeaaaahhhh

Best with that first coffee
