What are YOU listening to in 2025 ?

As a teen, my older daughter hated this song, dismissing it as overly simplistic—this from a girl who (at that time) listened to Ke$ha. I was like, "That's the point: Real artists don't need all of that AutoTune crap!"

A Medley of bits from Mike Oldfield albums.
Sometimes these guys combine bits together from 2 different albums. Very well done.

Mike Oldfield - MASTERPIECES MEDLEY pt.2 (Amarok-Ommadawn-Tubular) Cebrián/Sotomayor/Herrera/Álvarez

This clip starts off with "Bell Boy," which has my favorite lyric of all time: "A beach is a place where a man can feel / he's the only soul in the world that's real."

I love the lyrics to "I've Had Enough" as well. . . . For a cynic such as myself, they're nearly perfect.

You were under the impression

That when you were walking forward

You'd end up further onward

But things ain't quite that simple

You got altered information

You were told to not take chances

You missed out on new dances

Now you're losing all your dimples

I'm just now finding some of your fairly recent postings. Half the time, I forget to check this thread. There were some good ones......
I can't fully express my vast musical catalog in the alphabetical list. Often I got something to post but it's the wrong letter. So it ends up here.
Did the person who came up with the alphabetical music thread start out in life as a file clerk?

Haha, a file clerk. Maybe so. I have trouble fitting into the alphabet too, but sometimes I get several songs with different letters saved aside in a file, and I check over there, and if I have one, I put it in while I have a chance.

You'd make a great file clerk I can tell. But you were an accountant, right? That's practically the same thing.
I'm far to impetuous to hold back posting.
