Just filled up my Jeep yesterday and paid $2.03 a gallon. How much does gas/diesel cost these days by you? :drive:

Our local garage in the village is £1.14 per litre atm. I normally get mine £1.07 (diesel) in town at one of the major supermarkets.

In my part of Pennsylvania, we are paying $2.09 per gallon. On another note; jet fuel has also come down. Passenger ridership is up again this summer and the airlines are making billions with their fees. The little guy just does not get any breaks from the airlines. I am glad that my wife and I fly for free, except when I upgrade to first or business, I sometimes (most of the time) have to pay the difference. I am going to Arizona later this fall and I have to fly standby, but the gate people have always found me two seats.

I saw a sign the other day that said $2.05 per gallon at Shell; that means that there are a few places a few pennies to a dime cheaper per gallon up the street.

$2.05 per gallon is what I pay, but it depends where you buy. I've seen prices as high as $2.29. Traffic is terrible because of the low gas prices and insurance rates have gone up because there are so many more accidents due to more people being on the road because of the low prices. So no one where I live is saving anything from this. Many seniors who depend on Soc. Sec. are worse off because they're not getting increases due to the low gas prices, but their auto insurance has gone up at least 6% in many cases. Just FYI.

I am paying around £1.06p/litre for diesel. The price of oil here dropped not long ago and fuel costs dropped significantly. I think less than a year ago we were paying about £1.40p/litre and now it has taken a tumble. It seems, however, to have evened out some. Although, in saying that, it did drop again last week by 3/4p/litre. Unfortunately, 'real gas' has not done the same and my domestic bills are continuing to rise - both gas and electricity.

Last night I paid $2.139/gallon for regular (would have been cheaper had I paid in cash) and the other day paid $2.349/gallon for premium fuel in the Volvo.

Just topped off the pickup a few minutes ago after running to the P.O. to drop off a letter.

100% regular 87 octane gas (non ethanol)......$2.119 per gallon.

I passed a gas station that was $1.89, maybe next time I'll pay that price. I like to see it under $2 a gallon, I don't think there's a valid reason for it to be any higher.

After I pass up a deal, the next trip it is higher!!

Seems like they never give a reason for higher prices anymore!! 00000060.gif

2.29 Regular 2.39 Mid Octane level 2.49 Top Octane. I shop at Smith's (Kroger) so accumulate gas points when I buy groceries and our prescriptions at their pharmacy. I had $.70 off. It felt great to pay only $1.69 (mid) per gallon to fill my tank.
