What are your favorite Giant Monster Movies?

I saw the original King Kong and the remake as well. And decades ago there was Mighty Joe Young too.

Loved the original King Kong. I like Jessica Lang in the remake.

Big Ass Spider begs the question of exactly where is the spider's ass located.

Over the years, some film critics suggested that the title of the movie should have been The Giant Turkey, because they said that is what it is. Star Jeff Morrow never knew what the giant bird would look like. His reaction to the giant bird when he saw it, I got from Wikipedia.

Morrow later confessed in an interview that no one in the film knew what the titular monster looked like until the film's premiere. Morrow himself first saw the film in his hometown, and hearing the audience laugh every time the monster appeared on screen, he left the theater early, embarrassed that anyone there might recognize him (he allegedly went home and began drinking).[7]
