What are your priorities, day to day, or more broadly?

Daily
  1. Personal hygiene
  2. Walk and feed the dogs
  3. On weekdays, start working
  4. Maintain hydration and nutrition
  5. Add enjoyable music to my day
  6. Check up on current events and interests
  7. After work get a little more exercise with the dogs and feed them again
  8. Take care of any needed chores
  9. Sometimes exchange emails with email pen pals
  10. Enjoy myself until the wife gets home
  11. Spend time with the wife and do the dishes after dinner
Overall
  1. Maintain and/or improve my overall health
  2. Maintain interpersonal relationships
  3. Maintain and/or improve our home environment
  4. Plan for future events and excursions
  5. Enjoy planned or spontaneous events or excursions
  6. Find new music and enjoy the music I already know about
  7. Read books that interest me

I was exercising yesterday and strained a muscle in my back. I was ok but the weather got really cold and I've stiffened up so much it's hard to walk. The day before, I was exercising to vigorously and accidentally punched myself in the eye. I put Arnica on it really fast and though it's little swollen, it's not black.

My priority at this moment is to recover fast and fully because I have to go out tomorrow and staying in is dangerous to me. :oops:
