What band or artist have you seen live the most number of times?

Have you seen any bands or artists live multiple times? If so what band or artist was that?

I've seen a number of bands multiple times. The band I've seen the most is The Tubes. I was really into them when I was in college and since they were based in the San Francisco area where I was living I had multiple opportunities to see them. I think I saw they six or seven times overall.

When I was working as a waiter I once took over for a waitress who was finishing up the lunch shift and three members of The Tubes were at her last table. It was rather cool to meet them there.

A toss up between ‘yes’ . Boston , or RUSH. All of these were at huge stadiums with thousands of people. I’ve seen hundreds of concerts but the most intimate concert was Robbie Robertson. A friend took me to see him and when we got there it was formal wear. We were wearing jeans. Awkward. It was still great. Best concert was Pink Floyd , The WALL.

The Ink Spots.
They set up shop in Waikiki just off the main drag. They were getting pretty old by the mid 80's, but they still had it together. I must have seen them a dozen times.
I can't believe you said The Ink Spots!

My mother had their album; back when they were really albums, 78 rpm's, each in it's own heavy paper sleeve, all bound together like a book. I remember her playing them sometimes.

I loved "The Gypsy", which was before my time.

I've only been to 2 live performances in my life. One was Def Leppard in 1983. The other was Garth Brooks in the 90s. He puts on one helluva show. He was an hr late getting started. I think there was some malfunction in the lift under the stage that was supposed to bring him up. It was worth it. We were in row S and I got the binoculars zoomed in enough to see him lift that one brow and i went crackers. ~grins~

I've seen Yes twice but I forget which tours.
They truly are magical aren’t they?
Off track, sorry.

I was never obsessed with live performances but did enjoy several of my favorites.
The only band I saw twice live, was "Yes" the Tormato tour. Thrilling!
I would have never have guessed you to be a ‘yea’ fan. Very cool.
Pink Floyd - 5 times.
I saw ‘The Wall’ tour and it was amazing. Their props were out of this world spectacular.
of course the drugs were good too.🤔 😅

I was at "The Wall" concert in LA but to be honest I do not remember much of it. One of my many regrets :sneaky:

They were. I saw them during the Animals tour and they did three encores. They started to play Sysiphus off of Ummagumma, played it for at least 10 minutes and then the Oakland Arena turned on all the lights but they kept playing and finally they cut their power.
You’re talking about Pink Floyd.
I think both these bands are trippy.
Did you know yes had a world tour planned but cancelled for 2020? The decades some of these bands have been around is amazing and they still sound great.

Emerson, Lake, and Palmer twice in the 1970's. They featured an electronic sound that was remarkable at that time driven by Emerson's Moog synthesizer, and often applied it to rocking interpretations of classical music such as Pictures at an Exhibition...

I was supposed to drive with my uncle from the San Francisco area to Madison for a family reunion and it would have gotten me there in time to see ELP on their Works tour before they dropped the orchestra from the tour. Something happened to the car we were going to drive there so I didn't get to see them with the orchestra. I did see them later that summer on two nights in the San Francisco area, one in Oakland at the Arena and then in Daly City at the Cow Palace two nights apart. 'Twas very cool.

*Barbra Streisand - twice. One in Madison Square Garden and the last one at the Staples Center.
*Diana Ross - Caesar's Palace in Vegas
*Madonna - Manila. Philippines
*Josh Turner - Universal studios in FL

Patty LovelessTraditional country. 3 times. Also an Elvis impersonator Rick Saucedo about 4 times. And I have seen a huge number of concerts

I went to the Fillmore East every weekend for a year or two and saw many bands, but I actually think that at 3 times (Carnegie Hall, Shea Stadium, Forest Hills Tennis Stadium) it was the Beatles. I had great seats especially at Carnegie Hall--4th row, middle--because my father was doing work for Sid Bernstein, their American producer.
