I am half way through a great new book ( if you like this sort of thing) called Blood Dragons by Rosemary A Johns.I bought the paperback although I often read on my Kindle, but now and then ( particularly if there will be a series, I buy the actual books). This is a vampire story, but before you holler "oh no!" It is rather different,
nothing to do with Transylvania, lol, in fact it's a very British book, think Interview With The Vampire meets Alfie. The narrator talks directly to us, and he has a very entertaining way with him, and a lot of humanity. It's a page turner, but well written too, so will look forward to next book in the series.I did buy this for an upcoming holiday, now I wish I hadn't dipped into it and then galloped through it, as would have been perfect holiday reading.:D

Reading is an addiction for me...a world with no books and I would jump. Therefore I'm usually reading five to ten at a time. Just picked up a Ken Burn's book on World War II. Lots of sidebars and photos, one of those reads that you learn something new every time you pick it up.

I am reading The Tailor of Panama by John LeCarre--very enjoyable spy novel set in Panama. A movie with Pierce Brosnan, Geoff Rush.

Also, Getting Back by Maller A satire on Catholic college, witty and romantic.
