What Did You Have For Breakfast?

An egg cooked with no oil in a microwave dingus that works great, a slice of dry wheat toast, two prunes, and for flavor just a half handful of Flamin' Hot Chester's Fries (a kind of a corn puff stick thing). Decaf coffee.

Tomorrow will be oatmeal with dried cranberries, a little unsweetened applesauce stirred in. No milk or sugar. One Tums for its calcium value.
 
A small Activia black cherry yogurt and a cup of black decaf coffee with a scoop of collagen. Just enough to take my pills with because I was meeting a couple of friends for lunch.
