What direction do your feet point, North, South, East or West when you sleep?

Many decades ago, when I was a young fella in a relationship with a girl, her left foot would point east, her right foot would point west, and both of my feet would point south.

I have absolutely no clue. I start out one way and wake up with the covers twisted in a knot and my head hanging off the foot of the bed with the dog licking my face.

A much harder question is what direction do your toes point when you are in bed?

Wow, seems that if you sleep on your back your toes would be pointing up, which of course, is not South. Please correct me if I am wrong....

I sleep on my side facing East. I dont move much.
My late Huz on the hand slept like he was being toasted on a spit. And rubbed his legs together like a cricket.
