What do you appreciate on a daily basis?​

Seeing my chest rise and fall as I eat my cornflakes, and the feel of the string around my wrist that stops me dropping my spoon.

I appreciate each new day with a smile.
A few years ago during a very bad illness I didn't think I would make it. I did of course, and wow each day matters.
Amazing what we all just take for granted.

Admirable, but I have always longed for too much!
