There is so much I should do to prepare for the 200 hour online teaching future teachers to teach yoga. Starting June 1 I have 16 weeks to complete the course this means at least 17-20 hours of practice and study before reaching certification.
At the least I could practice yoga, but for now I spend time on my laptop and watching movies. Perhaps when the weather improves, I will venture outside into the sun.
