What do you do when you want to treat yourself?

I'm not sure what this says about me but I don't ever "treat myself" because I accomplished something. I feel good (or relieved) about achieving a goal, I guess that's always enough for me.

I like to get a hair appointment and have my hair cut and styled every six or eight weeks.

The intrinsic reward is often enough for me, but NGL: I often buy a book or head to the Sephora (makeup) site.

My treat is usually buying something I don’t need…. like home decor things, and/or some item for my outdoor patio.

My treat is something sweet. I don't eat much sugar or candy or chocolate, so when I notice it's been a while, and I tell myself I've been good for too long lol, I'll buy a donut, or cookie. It'll last me a couple of days.
For Easter my sister's apartment neighbor made her a lemon curd cheesecake to share, now that was a treat!

Hmmm.
When I first lost a significant amount of weight I felt like I had reduced the risk of heart attack and stroke, so that was my treat.
When I quit smoking it was like ending a toxic relationship, I was just glad and felt like my life improved.
When I began a regular exercise routine the "feel good" from exercise was / is my reward.

I don't consciously think in terms of treating myself, but what I like to do when the scale says I've reached my goal is throw out my larger clothes (or give them to the thrift store if they're still in good shape.) It makes me feel even lighter.

A Sunday bottle of merlot or if it is hot a stirred Margarita with a Coronita chaser accompanied by nice Scooby snack tray. The treating is SO's department. And he is very good at it

Happening right now. I had lost around 20 pounds from cancer treatment and just got my delivery of new pants from Walmart. Just went down to 30" from 32". I don't want that loose feel. They gotta be comfortable and fit right.

Same, yesterday I seen a banana cream pie that had my name all over it, but I put it back till ALL my taste returns from a health treatment.

I've lost some weight but I can't believe its true. I'm afraid if I get a new pair of jeans in a smaller size it will all come piling back on. I did buy 2 Boston ferns today on sale at Home Depot for my shady front porch.

When I want to treat myself, I do. Sometimes I just go watch a movie I've been waiting to see, sometimes I just eat an ice-cream cone.

It depends on my mood. I could get myself a bottle of vintage perfume, a new pair of shoes, fresh lipstick, a picnic with a friend in one of the numerous parks in my area, or a slice of @Oldeagle66's banana cream pie if he's willing to share.

A lot smoke them here in Miami .

I do not think cruise ships go to Cuba any longer but think a few did until few years ago and lots of Cuban cigars came in through that .
