Toast and cold cereal.Nothing sounds good, nothing looks good but you know if you don't it's not going to fare well
I know how ya feel. I recently had a feeding tube removed. All of you have some great remedies going, I have this digestive issue going with my body
and you made me realize all the good things I can't eat, no wonder nothing looks good: I can't eat most of it!
I had to settle on grapes for now, soup would have good but none in the cabinet.
Thanks for this. I didn't know eggnog was so easily made. I usually buy some when stores put it out as we get closer to the holidays. One ice cream / dairy store here has eggnog flavored ice cream. It's similar to vanilla, but much richer tasting. But then again, it's only available during the holidays.Eggnog for one
1 large egg
1 teaspoon to a tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 ounces milk, half and half, or a combination of the two
1 dash of nutmeg
Buzz in the blender and serve.
I could drink this all year long. My store stopped selling it 365 days a year just recently. ThanksSometimes I nuke a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, seasoned with S&P and pat of butter.
A can of stewed tomatoes or soup, a bowl of cereal, eggs and toast.
I can always come up with something.
If I’m sick a glass of ice cold eggnog is a good way to get some protein.
