Same here, CM. I make a bunch, cut them in half, separate them with waxed paper, and put them in the freezer in 2 gallon Ziploc bags. Heat them up in the toaster oven at 450 when we feel like eating pizza. So yummy and more importantly, I know exactly what's in them!Yes, that seems to be in line with local prices. Though I usually make homemade pizza since I like it best.
The New Haven area has several excellent pizzerias - I am partial to Zuppardi's in West Haven myself. The prices and quality are comparable to Pepe's. When I pick-up my "Ah-Beetz" (slang for pizza in New Haven), I make sure to get my bottle of Foxon Park soda (white birch beer) to complete the great meal to come...Pretty much.
