Before & After cosmetic procedure that didn't go well?

Observing for a moment all I can see is the old man and woman,
although I can tell by the object under the man's nose and the
woman's forehead another picture cn be seen by some people.
But, anyway I see or squint, I canonly see one picture.

I've found that if I cross my eyes and then let them return to normal, I can see stuff like this. I discovered that trick when those "magic pictures" came out several years ago. Kind of a "fool the brain" thing.
