What exercise have you done today?

2 mile walk in 55m 24s. Slow as molasses in January. So what? I'm 78 years old and have spinal stenosis and bursitis of my right heel. If I push it any harder those things might flare up. So I take it easy.

Same with bench presses. I have some issue with my right shoulder. It's either a rotator cuff injury or an impingement depending on which doctor I listen to. So I keep both the weights and the reps low and just do a lot of sets so I get some volume in.

This morning I did 14 sets at 3 minute intervals.

Almost 3 hours in at the gym. One hour warm-up with dumbbells. The 30 lbs are getting easier for curls.

After some warmup with deep trap bar lifts @100 lbs, I tested my strength with regular trap bar lifts, and got 2 sets of 2 reps @185 lbs. :)

Did a handful of assisted dips, pull-ups, and push-ups. Those muscles haven't been used in a long long time.

Put 500 lbs on the sled for pushes and pulls. It has wheels so it is easier than flat sleds. Shoved that around for awhile.

Practiced Asian Squats.
