Every day, on repeat:

I have one cup of coffee with a dash of coffee creamer when I first get up.

I have an egg on toast every morning for breakfast.

I eat fruit every day, some combination of grapes, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.

I eat vegetables every day, either in salads, as sides, or in a stir fry. Usual veggies are lettuce, spinach, onion, broccoli, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers.

I have two lemon cookies every day, one after lunch and one after dinner.

And of course water, lots and lots of water.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of edamame soybeans, about 11/2 cups of an oatmeal/hemp seed/ flax seed & beetroot powder slurry, an avocado and
2 cups of black coffee.

Lunch: thick bean soup(homemade), hearty whole grain bread (home made) dipped in olive oil; broccoli, red cabbage, red onion, arugula, carrots, mushrooms (microwaved), celery, triple berry blend (about a cup of this), sweet red pepper......I usually just munch on the veggies as I'm warming, slicing and microwaving the other items.

Dinner: An apple (envy variety), about a cup or so of unsalted nuts......walnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews, almonds.....whatever of those I feel like.

I retired my coffee maker 'cos it has too many plastic parts and I'm a bit concerned about consuming micro or nanoplastics....so I make coffee in my old stainless steel drip-o-later coffee pot. I've also replaced plastic containers with glass and plastic cutting boards with wood.

And I too make an effort to keep myself with water.

Every day: [Water is a given] lemonade, peanut butter, something sweet with every meal, vegetables.
Most days: baked chicken
Rarely: eggs, cheese, fried foods, beef, any oily or greasy foods, bread (corn tortillas instead.)
Never: coffee, tea, fruit of any kind (unless it's cooked in a pie or similar dessert).
My rule about eating / drinking:
I weigh first thing every morning. If it's up that day, I eat less, if it's down that day, I eat more. I do not allow weight to remain up or down more than 2-3 pounds at any point in time.

I have 3 or 4 mugs of coffee a day, but I must have cream and stevia sweetner daily. I eat a good deal of fruit each day, focusing on what is in season or best. Right now enjoying cara cara oranges.
Try to eat a fair amount of vegies.
The rest varies for me too.
I prefer to have a meal prepared for me, not to be served, but because it is so much tastier.

Most days I have water, coffee, low carb bread, oatmeal, ice cream, dark chocolate, cookies, nuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, salad, soup, vegetables, almond milk.

I have a frozen entree or grab ‘n’ go prepared item two or three times a week.

I cook a real meal every couple weeks.

I try to keep the quantities small and limit added sugar to less than 6 teaspoons or about 25 grams per day.

Fruit salad for breakfast every day. Combination of pineapple tidbits, raisens, apples, oranges, grapes & dates. Tidbits are already bite size all else cut to bite size. Usually make enough for 5 days. Began this in the mid 1980's. I should admit it was my wife that read about starting your day like this & so began my fruit for breakfast routine.

I drink at least 40-60 ounces of water daily.
I take the same 2 pills everyday.
I eat something sweet after my dinner everyday.

@911 not to be indelicate 🤣 but do have to pee every hour drinking that much daily?

I usually manage about 40 ozs daily but rather than sipping all throughout the day, I’ll gulp 8-10 ounces at a time with breaks in between, otherwise I’d never get out of the bathroom!!

At least that way I have better prediction about when I’ll need to pee!

Organic decaf coffee with cream for breakfast everyday. Raw, unsalted cashews, pecans and/or pumpkin seeds for everyday snacking. Water everyday. Tropical fruit everyday.

I'd much prefer a slice or two of pizza everyday, but the other stuff keeps me healthy, so I do pizza once in a while. Same story with chocolate chip cookies.
