What foods or drinks do you consume every day?

First thing in the morning I have a small bowl of Porridge with 2 prunes with 1/2 cup of low-fat hot milk. Hardly ever eat toast anymore. Lunch a
cheese and tomato sandwich, another cup of tea and evening meal varies between vegetable soup (being winter) or a nice hot curry and rice or
pan fried salmon and sweet potato chips done in the Air Fryer. Try to eat verges 2 times a week. Water during the day .
 
@911 not to be indelicate 🤣 but do have to pee every hour drinking that much daily?

I usually manage about 40 ozs daily but rather than sipping all throughout the day, I’ll gulp 8-10 ounces at a time with breaks in between, otherwise I’d never get out of the bathroom!!

At least that way I have better prediction about when I’ll need to pee!
I drink most of my water before 3 p.m. I drink bottles of Deer Park, which are about 17 ounces each. Three bottles equal about 50 ounces. I never counted my trips to the bathroom, but it’s probably around 6-8 times per day. I can down a bottle of water in a matter of minutes.

During summer, I drink a lot of sugar-free decaf iced tea, which takes the place of water. Sometimes I use Pure Via, which is a natural sweetener. I also drink coffee. I guess my body absorbs a lot of water, at least that’s what my doctor tells me.
 
Iced tea, no matter what season. Cold water in a bottle. Both everyday. Also some type of bread every day. I don't eat any kind of white bread any more, because it makes my glucose level soar.

Just like the tobacco companies, the white bread bakers lied to us also. Then again, when I was a kid, no one talked about glucose levels.

Coffee at home. Great local quality beans grinded and made on my lovely Espresso machine.
Coffee if out for food during the day.
Beer in the evening - sometimes alcohol free then a real beer later on.
Maybe a good single malt whisky. Currently a nice Port Charlott Heavily Peated 10yr old at 50% ABV.
