What gadget or product do you whole heartedly recommend?

WD 40 to keep rust away and lubricates. I spray my garden tools with it before I put them away for the summer, creaky doors and makes my hand held can opener work so much easier. I spray it and let it sit over night and then wash and dry it. Works like new. Also Bondo. I just filled in a spot that is rotting on my basement window sill and then I painted it. The one I use is body filler for cars. It works better than the new one they have out for wood. It is a bit hard to work with because it dries so fast and a bit hard to sand but once you get the job done it will last forever.

The Nutribullet. I make smoothies almost every day and my daughter does every day. You can make the most yummy, healthy smoothies with this. And it takes only seconds.

The ACER Chromebook I picked up almost two years ago.

My primary OS had been Mac OS but, my 17" MacBook Pro started to act "funky" showing its' age. I got a great deal at newegg.com on a refurbished ACER Chromebook and, have been pleasantly surprised at how much I like it. The only "gotcha" is that printing has been a kludge (for me anyway). Chromebooks can be found at prices ranging from < $100 ~ $500. Mine ran <$200 for a large (15.6") HD screen refurbished model. I sorely miss the 17" MBP but, am NOT impressed with Apple's current, uber-expensive offerings. For those on the fence, you can get a refurb, modest screen size Chromebook for ~ $80. If it doesn't wow you, you should be able to sell it and get most (all?) of your money back. For email, web surfing social media etc, a Chromebook will serve you well.

Biofreeze roll on for the arthritis and muscle aches & pains. It is mostly menthol like a lot of similar priducts but also has a lot of herbal stuff which is what I think makes it work better.

Bose CD/radio, they are expensive $ 500 but its worth it
I've had mine since 2002 The first time I played a CD,I could hear everything clearly
My favorite jazz radio station is in Toronto{90 miles away} comes in clear every morning&night

Thanks for the tip on Chromebooks and on Newegg. I had forgotten about that resource.

My mini-steamer for getting out wrinkles from clothing .. especially those that come shipped via mail. It's much better than using a steam iron.

I’ve got Bose headset which I use with an old iPhone loaded with my favourite songs.
The sound is amazing. Most days while walking the dogs through the woods , I listen to it and sing away.
The battery stays charged for a long time.

Easy one for me, as I’m a shower slut

So

My Epoxy fast setting glue fron Harbor Freight (sets up in 5 minutes.) I enjoy fixing broken items and this works on metal, glass, ceramic, stone, wood, plastic and paper, it will not stick to nylon. If something breaks I fix it with this stuff when it would be easier to just buy a new one. Sweetie tells me I suffer from Obsssive Compulsive Disorder to fix things. ( a mental illiness I guess? lol) But, I explain it this way. I was raised on a farm and if something broke, machinery or what ever you fixed it to finish your day. I can never remember a day when we could not weld or braze a part or tie it up with baling wire. The only thing that stopped us was lighting storms after a area farmer was killed from a lighting strike while standing under a tree. P.S. I always have 2- 3 cans of 10W40, my next best favorite item to have on hand.... :hatlaugh1:

I can understand the mini steamer, but when they came up with wrinkle free clothing I bought in. I now wear mostlly cotton and don't worry about wrinkles, guess it is my age. I ask Sweetie about the steam iron and she said take it to Goodwill, but I kept it because you never know when you need to iron a self stick patch on a tear....

I have a Bose Headset and the sound is the ultimate, I used them when I smoked dope (my friend would bring some over) that was when you would be in bad trouble if caught, now it is becoming legal and is being cleared for medicinal use, I knew that years ago.
