What has you excited these days?

I search out dead relatives and am excited when I find one, for me or others.

So a revived 2023 thread.

Well my 2024 fall outdoor music fun has now about run its course as cooler weather keeps us more indoors.
Moving forward, most excited about visceral pleasures of the approaching Tahoe snow ski season.
I am so jealous, @David777 ! I meant to say, when you first posted about the outdoor music festivals, that they sounded like so much fun, and now skiing in Tahoe. I am positively green with envy.

wha's an NGO...?..I'd love to go to Moscow..or St Petersburg..but I've got no-one who would want to go with me...it's a real shame !
An NGO is a person who works for one of the Non-Governmental Organizations. Different organizations have different priorities. There’s a lot more to being an NGO than what you will find

St. Petersburg is also a beautiful city because of its architecture, but not as clean as Moscow.

If you live in London, it shouldn’t cost you too much to fly into Moscow. I would advise not going in the winter. Winters can be brutal. I was there about 20 years ago and it was -10F to a high of 15F for the 4 days I was there. We didn’t have a lot of snow, but we had snow. Their hotel rooms aren’t the warmest either. Stay in an American hotel. They are warmer and not very expensive.

I'm not concerned about the cost, I just don't want to go there alone...I really would like to see the beautiful Architecture and their theatres, in Russia..

Make sure you post a link so we can listen to it! :)
If I post the link publicly, I would no longer be anonymous, so I won't do that. That's because I post things of a personal and financial nature and sometimes things about family members that I would never post on Facebook. "Bot-nets" crawl sites and gather information then "mush" it together. sometimes including what was said by others I'm connected with on other sites but make it seem like I'm the person they are quoting. I know this because it's happened to me in the past...even family members' pictures have showed up in searches relating to me. Thank you for your interest in my music, I will message you the link to my website, current music and the new release when it's available.

And in spring and summer I enjoy landscape and nature photography, and summer backpack in the Sierra Nevada. Scary reality, is now at age 76 there are many ailments that could show up tomorrow and leave me hobbling about or worse. So need to make the most of my limited remaining days.

That noted on balance, I've also endured over my whole adult life due to my own fault of hedonistic pursuits, limiting medical issues due to a splenic artery pseudoaneurysm at age 21. A reason I never got married and had severe diet and sleeping position restrictions.
