Can't say how twist ties are wrapped because I don't pay close attention. A lot of bread loaves are sealed with a little plastic tabs - not hard to take it off and put it back on.I am Curious.... if the twist-ties are wrapped in some manner,
(very tightly and uniform?)
that would be obvious to the cautious eye, (if we choose to deliberately examine them)
whether or not, some passer-by had untwisted and re-twisted them?
I'd also wondered if the rule about the ingredient stickers not being used for that dual purpose, is possibly due to some requirement that the ingredients list could still remain readable, after it's opened?
Even if so, I'd prefer that they do use some type of sticker or seal, a different one if wanted, while they are set out in displays at busy stores.
If I were the type to worry, my biggest concerns would be with intentional and unintentional produce, fast-food, restaurant food contamination.
