Hit Costco this morning and dropped $110 on necessities like food, coffee, TP and a pair of jeans that DH threw in the cart. Also dropped $50 at Amazon on a new wired keyboard & protective cover (I'm a spiller), plus a no-spill snack cup for TGS (he got my spilling gene). Also ordered a jazzy new wallet for my cell phone. The old one is coming apart after 3 years of constant use. I got my $10 worth out of it. No complaints.

On Amazon, for $20 each, a couple Ritz Gear 64GB High-Speed SDXC UHS-II SD Card, C10, U3, V60, my new a6700 requires for even lowest capture. And an 8-pack for $19 of Gillette Mach3 blades.

For my son's new apartment from Amazon also, a queen size bed frame and mattress. A set of sheets, 2 pillows, a blanket, a set of towels. Things he needed.

Today I spent £140.. at Costco.. and only 3 things were food... I got a bag of dinner rolls, a tray of chicken and a tray of Bacon ribs.... the rest was kitchen Rolls etc... and also £25 on Fuel... 
Then to Marks & Spencer.. and another £35 in the food hall..

It arrived yesterday and is even prettier IRL. So glad to have it - I should have replaced the other one 6 months ago but suffered along as it started falling apart. Why do we do that?

Because we get comfortable with things and don't wanna change.
When one of my kids was about 14-15, I mentioned that after we ate and cleaned up from dinner, we'd go to the mall to get new shoes for him. He asked "Why is it that whenever you really like your shoes and they fit right and look good, some groan-up comes along and says you need new ones?"

I get a $20 coupon in the mail every so often for Talbots. It was burning a hole in my pocket, so yesterday, I set off for the outlet stores.
I found a nice pair of light blue cotton crop pants. I shopped around the stores and also got two summer tops and a pair of white sandals.
I told myself it was a gift for receiving my first SS check.
And, I needed them.

Thanks hollydolly this is not my first dental implant so I was quite surprised at the level of bruising, I was forewarned and it is a double implant, but still surprising.
