Had a trip to Costco. Bought another Woozoo fan. They are great and can often get away without AC. Last year we bought two. This third is so I don’t have to keep moving them around.

Did one final shop on the last day of the Bay. I had avoided the jewellery department. I bought two pairs of earrings and if I’d had time to ponder I might have really indulged in something I‘ve always wanted.

Birthday gift, heavy duty rolling wood platform 30" W x 18" D for my AIO ($27.99) with non-locking castors. The computer table I bought (which I like) has plastic locking castors. the AIO is extremely heavy. The plastic locking castors are a pain & wearing out. I want to be able to mount the table on the platform for easy movability. Give up a little upper foot room but will serve my needs. Will secure the AIO table down with metal straps & screws. I build for strength, not beauty.

Also adds a little extra storage space.

I've kinda got a similar problem with regard weight. I bought a new computer stand riser.. much like the one that my AIO MAC stand on, but I have a problem which I've just dsicovered. The AIO is too heavy for me to pick up by myself, much less then to hold it with one hand while I remove the existing riser.. and replace it with the new.

The cable at the back are not long enough to be able to stretch over to the floor or another table to sit it on either .. so I'm kinda stuck...

Had a moment to think about the newly acquired lower shelf, I have a printer that takes up space in my closet. It now has a platform to sit on & will hold the printer with room behind for the paper feed to jut out behind. Only thing, the scanner bed might prove to be little hard to get to.

That's a huge screen you have, be safe get help, 2 - one for each side.

Made an Amazon buy yesterday then 2 more this Thursday morning. The expensive buy was a pair of Zamberlan Women's hiking boots in US size 9.5 that is EU size 42 that is US Men's size 8, my normal size. I web checked to make sure the only structural change are offered colors. About an $80 sales discount.

I bought the Women's windbreaker shell jacket in sky blue that was so impressed with that I bought another below in white. Will recommend it to any gal members herein. Of note, it purposely for greater breathability, NOT waterproof. Lost a same model green cap I quite like the sun bleached washed look style of a couple weekends ago so a 3-pack.

Will use on my new desktop, the external USB CDROM player for my museum of old PC software. The keyboard/mouse combo replaces a dead model I returned yesterday.

A bit of advice to others using a Windows desktop or laptop. One of the most important computer functions one can learn is the ability to Copy capture any section of what is displayed on a monitor screen to the Clipboard and then to Paste it into an image editing application. That is particularly useful on say this thread where one can display monitor images of what one just bought as I did above making for a much more interesting look to other members.

All Windows systems have the ancient MS Paint program that one can always find and run by several methods. The newer Windows 11 version is noticeably more functional while still being quite simple. One can use the built in Windows monitor screen capture function but that has always been awkward to use unless one is just interested in capturing a full screen. Instead will recommend loading the free quite mature MWSnap.exe app.

My old Husqvarna riding mower was almost worn out. The engine was burning a lot of oil, and the transaxle was no longer going backwards properly...potentially half the price of a new mower to fix this old one. So. a few days ago I found a new John Deere on sale at Lower's. Between the sale price and my veterans discount, I saved several hundred dollars. It was delivered today, and I spent a couple of hours learning how to use it, and mowed part of the yard. We're supposed to get a bit of rain over the next few days, so hopefully, I can get the rest of my mowing done before I have to use the brush hog and tractor.

Bought a new bag (aka mobile junk drawer LOL) for my walker. Just came today. Pretty sturdy fabric, so I think it will work well. Straps are Velcro, so I hope they hold up OK. Not going to fill it up too much. I like the pocket that holds a drink bottle. The part facing out has a zipper closure so that is cool
