What have you bought recently?

I made an Amazon purchase today of a roll of 1/8" cork so I can make some card wads to load some shotgun shells for skeet shooting. It seems to work well for the particular powder I want to use up.
I know, I know, most people don't understand anything about what I'm talking about, but it is my latest purchase.🙃

is that big picture frames or small ?

I buy large ones mostly, and frame my own pictures, altho' last year I chose to buy some canvases, and hang them in my own frames...

These....are quite large about 3 feet by 2...

The ones I ordered are both double/hinged frames.. the 8x10 frames are for my kids' high school Senior portraits, and the 5x7 frames are for two other pictures I took of them. 💕
 
You wouldn't believe how much aggravation it was last night to obtain/purchase a pack of batteries!!!
It took individuals from 2 different delivery services and 2 different stores, because the first individual couldn't grasp the difference between AAA and AA batteries and brought me the wrong kind.
 
I bought 2 more cable knit Polo neck jumpers...

Simply because they'd been reduced from £36 to £14 for just a flash sale ... and honestly they're gret quality, so I thought if I don't get them now.. they'll not be available at this price again...

I do that, too, that is, grab a good deal when I find it. Too many times in the past I've thought, "Oh, I'll come back for this later," and then couldn't find the item again, or not at a good price.

I was happy to find these disposable eye masks, which previously I've ordered from Amazon. They're quick and easy to use, just pull them to activate the heat and loop them around the ears. I do a lot of computer work, plus I had LASIK about 20 years ago, so my eyes get dry and tired.

Of course, I have regular, traditional eye masks that I can microwave and use, but these are great for nights when I'm particularly tired.

DD needed potting soil. We both needed new sprayer nozzles for our hoses. I got carried away and bought a package of 30 gladiolus bulbs. Well...to be fair, I've been looking for some. The only ones at the garden center we went to yesterday were colors that I didn't want.

Bulbs, potting soil, sprayer nozzles. I really know how to live, right?
 
Amazon: My last purchase was a steamer basket for our Instapot. I also bought a set of two turbans, mainly for the gold one to match a designer caftan ,my sister bought for me. I've had for more than a decade, but only wore it three times because the "wrap" that came with it isn't substantial enough and didn't do it justice. I can certainly use the navy one too.

I also bought these shower shoes that happen to perfectly match my shower curtain (green part is actually the color at bottom of picture).

Along with my groceries I picked up a tin of Quality Street candies that were half price, $12.50. My friend loves them and I thought it was a good idea for her birthday. When I got home I noticed the BB date in mid May, a couple of days after her BD. They’re not going to be bad. I’m just wondering if they might change colour.

Yesterday the health food store had a special on the calcium supplements I take. I bought two for $16 each.
 
I just bought another Fuel can ... I have one already in the shed.. but after learning about the war in Iran going to create a big oil shortage AGAIN..in the uk, and shoot prices through the roof AGAIN... ... I know from past experience, that trying to get fuel at petrol stations which have run out is a nightmare... so I will store a little bit just eough so that if I need to get to an appointment I'l have enough in the tank without worrying..

I bought some Wet n Wild tinted moisturiser...

..and some more heavy duty furniture sliders... this time specifically for carpet rather than hard floors...

..when I was shoping yesterday for groceries, I saw this little titchy bottle of coke.. so cute.. I don't know if you've got them where you live but it;s the first time I've seen them here... it's only 300 mls= 1/2 a pint...

Oh the other thing I've discovered lately, even tho' they're milk chocolate and I really prefer dark.. are these....
