What have you never done that most of your peers have ...?

I'm surprised that several of us have never:

Worn a wedding dress.
Been on a cruise.
Had a credit card.
Had a manicure.
Used a tanning bed.
Been to Florida.

Never had an engagement ring though married twice.

I was thinking about this earlier, and realised I have never worn a wedding dress despite being married twice.
Not only never worn one but never had the urge to even try one on ... it's just never interested me. I watch people on TV trying Bridal wear on and swooning over themselves in it.. and I'm thinking 'meh'.. it just means nothing to me.. they could be trying on fancy dress or a work uniform , it barely registers with me

So what have you never done that most of your peers have done... ?
I never wore a wedding dress nor wanted to. What's the point of going to the expense of buying a dress that you will never wear again (hopefully) and with a vague idea of passing it on to a daughter? For my wedding I just bought a pretty dress and a new purse for the occasion. I have never divorced, never went to Disney world. Never water skied or hunted. Never learned to swim (I tried but usually content myself with wading.) Never went fishing. Can't think of anymore right now!:)

I remember flying from San Francisco to Washington and this fellow was deplaning and he looked at me standing at the doorway to the cockpit and said that he had been flying for something like 22 hours coming home from Australia. He then told me that he couldn't wait to get home and that he emailed his wife and told her to have his biscuits and sausage gravy ready for when he got in the door. I looked at him and said, "Oh, aren't you the lucky one?"
Never participated in a "What have you never done that most of your peers have ...?" thread.......oh darn!
Well, you have now.

Hand on heart, I have never eaten a hamburger. I can't remember if I have ever been in a fast food place, probably had fish & chips after a drunken student night out, but places like McDonald's, and Burger King never seen the inside of one.

Never worn denim, it has no appeal to me, I remember how everyone at college wore jeans, but me. There's nothing snobby about it, I simply don't like the work-wear look of denim.

On the other hand, something that I have always done that most men don't do, I wear hats, those big fedora hats.

Well, I did my courting in Nairobi...there are no pubs there....or there weren't then.
oooh no , gastropubs tend to be for the adults in the day time for lunch or evenings for dinner... certainly there are pubs where the young go, but generally most of the 'courting '' is done in nightclubs.. or even online these days
