What Is It?

Darn. Okay, so it looks like that thing is rolled along that other thing and . . . uhm . . . it makes quarters???

Nope, sorry, it isn't a Ronco Mini-Mint-A-Minute. ;)

Cheese slicer?

No, I'm pretty sure no one ever cut the cheese with this gadget ...

A foot massager?? :D

Ooo ... you're my kind of lady!

Alas, not a foot massager.

Something that pleats napkins?

Oh, you are SO on fire!

It pleats the old-fashioned FANS!!! I could use one today....it's 85 and very humid..... :uncomfortableness:

Ohhh; skirts sounds more like it!!!

Okay, you folks got it - Zimmy got you in the neighborhood, That Guy broke into the house and Anne opened the safe - a Hat Trick! ;)

This item (which I wish I had in my torture device collection!) is a Rolling Hand Fluter, made by the Sundry Mfg. Co. of Buffalo, NY. You would heat up the flat bottom plate in the fireplace or on the stove, place the ruffled clothing or curtains to be ironed on the plate, then slowly roll the hand-piece back and forth.

Nice job, folks - that was a quicky! I'll have to search harder for the next one ...
