What is one guilty pleasure you enjoy too much to give up?

I have no guilt about my pleasures. There's nothing I enjoy too much to give up if I had to. I can give up anything if I have enough motivation to do so. That doesn't mean I like giving it up, but I can do it, and I have.

Waffles are not a guilty pleasure, they're a great meal. I love a fresh waffle with strawberry jam or peanut butter...

I don't have guilty pleasures, but there's a few things I buy occasionally as a treat as they're not healthy to eat with any regularity. Frosted Strawberry Poptarts, Pepperidge Farm cakes (especially the coconut!) and Oreo Double Stuff...unnfff, I could happily go to town on all of them....

Sugary food. Because I don't easily gain weight from consuming sweets, my occasional binging can be excessive.
I know the feeling. I don't actually overindulge in them, but I would be willing to admit that my desire for dark chocolate brownies might be considered an addiction by some. It will be a sad day if I have to go to a support group for that (Ha ha).

I guess ice cream is my guilty pleasue. I eat a healthy diet and exercise daily, considering my age I am fit and not carrying extra weight. I know the ocassional overload of fat, sugar and calories isn't going to kill me yet I feel guilty when I eat ice cream, it's like I'm undermining all my good health habits.

It's just so damn good.

During the pandemic I would only shop for short periods and infrequently to not expose myself to a chance of getting covid. Three years it has been that I only bought healthy food and ate only that. But, now with less covid around I am indulging myself by buying junk food - chips, sodas, hot dogs, pizza, etc. - that I haven't eaten in years. The only thing that restrains me is my food budget. I do feel guilty about liking all this stuff.
