What is something you would like to master?

Speaking Spanish. I have an App on my phone but I hardly use it. Maybe I need to hire a Spanish teacher.
As an addition to a Spanish teacher watching Spanish programs on Netflix with English subtitles can help with matching actions, events, to the words. Translations aren't 100% accurate but just listening to conversations can help with understanding.

You can do a little Taichi / Qigong or a lot, anytime you like, as long as your body says it's OK. :)

The video I posted is by Don Fiore, he has a bunch of great videos in his Youtube Channel. He specifically tailors his Taichi forms for the senior audience. That is my target group as well(of course) for my practice sessions. I just started visiting the senior center in a neighboring community, folks there are late 70s and above, there is about 8 people that join in with a lady there that's leading a fitness session. She has invited me to add some Taichi into her class. I'll be reviewing my material to make sure it's compatible with her participants.
I did this about 5x tonight. I can feel tension being released. I kept saying "There is a God looking out for my well being". Thanks again for sharing.. I pray I can do this every day - maybe several times a day.

I'd love to learn to play the recorder. When I was in college my grandmother bought me a recorder for Christmas but my boss would not let me come in 1/2 hour late on Monday mornings to take the lessons I needed to learn to play it. There were other employees who could have covered for me for a few lousy minutes and Monday mornings were dead slow anyway. But, NO!

I no longer have the recorder but still wish I could learn to play one.

Would you mind telling me what you mean by a 'recorder'?
I'm not understanding. Thx.

I would like to be fluent in Spanish. Also wanted to be skilled at sewing. Tried but never was good at it. Would like to master bread making, growing orchids, remembering people’s name, and making witty small talk.
The thing with sewing is that the preparation takes more patience and time than the actual sewing. :)
