Firstly I'll guess that more people Stateside will quickly see what I see being wrong. You might even have an awkward laugh too.
This is clipped from a West Australian news item, which I'll link in later via my laptop.

EDIT: I'm unable to post the photo I clipped so bear with me until I link in the whole article.
In WA we have very strict firearms laws and the photo attached to this news item shows terrible mishandling of a firearm.

A man shoots a rifle

The WA government says its new firearms laws are the toughest in the country, "making explicit that the possession and use of a firearm is a privilege but not a right", according to the police minister.

It may be an air rifle or a .22" but still it's wrong, wrong WRONG.

Yeah. Any kick at all to that puppy and the dude will be walking around with at the least a black eye.

The Father unit had a scope on a .44 pistol. Don't ask me why. He let one of his doofus friends fire a round. He warned the doofus but the doofus didn't listen when it came to looking into the scope. Doofus ended up in the ER for injuries to his eye area.

For those that have never fired a .44 pistol. As a teenager that puppy would kick my hands over my head even though I was ready for it.

I’m not sure what type of rifle he is holding, but when he squeezes the trigger, his ear may be be injured inside. He could also injure his brain from the shock waves. I’m not familiar with this type of rifle.

I shot a .44 magnum and a .45 in the military before switching to the 9mm. The .44 magnum had a lot more recoil than the .45.
