What is your core sin?

Before I get chased off the forum for starting a religious thread...
this is the humour sub forum.
You are not forced to read or post.
But some of you might be curious......or not.

(serious interlude)
Im thinking my core sin is either pride (thinking i know better than God) or
worshipping false gods such as social media.
 
Sin can become an obsession for Christians. You know some Christians before they go to bed review the day. What sins did I commit today?
Well i
ignored my dog for a while by posting on here
had a mean thought about my boss
over ate lunch
had a mean thought whilst driving
had a mean thought about myself
had a mean thought about God
 
I believe pride is necessary. It helps me to better myself. But it is also I feelfeel kind of like food. If I indulge become haughty then it can become harmful to my soul. Since I believe in what the bible says it does helps keep me grounded and thankful in many ways. But pride probably is my serious core sin.

I dont review my sins of the day while I am saying my nightly prayers. I could never sleep if I did. 😉😂
 
Gluttony, I have been 5 to 7 pounds over weight for at least the last 15 years. I have no will power,can't eat just one and have been known to eat frozen cake right out of the freezer. I always prefer a buffet over a regular restaurant. I hate myself for it but food is so comforting and tasty.
