What is your favorite part of a chicken to eat and enjoy?

Chicken thighs get my vote.

Boneless and skinless…use them in stir fry, bake them in sauce, sauté them in a variety of ways.

If we’re grilling out Then bone in skin in slathered in BBQ Sauce.

I prefer thighs overall but a well cooked breast is good as well. It kind of depends how the chicken is prepared and what type of dish it's in. I think my favorite chicken dish is a wonderfully spicy mole with great depth of flavor. For that a shredded breast is just fine.

Thighs, drumsticks and livers. Mmmm-mmmm. I find the breast a little too dry for my taste, unless I'm going to make it into chicken salad. Otherwise, gimme that juicy tasty dark meat. Same for turkey.
