What is your favorite part of a chicken to eat and enjoy?

Thighs, drumsticks and livers. Mmmm-mmmm. I find the breast a little too dry for my taste, unless I'm going to make it into chicken salad. Otherwise, gimme that juicy tasty dark meat. Same for turkey.
Breast can be difficult to cook just right, the trick is to catch it before it gets dry. Thigh meat is much easier to cook as it can be cooked right through to fall apart...

This video shows what a chicken (or rooster) is really like. Like cows, chickens are truly awesome animals with a soul.

Go ahead and call me a tree hugger or whatever, but please watch the video first (only 3 minutes).

White meat, especially breasts can be so dry. And most these days overcook, even restaurants, from fear of lawsuits I guess. I will hardly even order chicken out any longer.

I don't mind white meat but don't want it overly dried out.

I love the tenderloins more than the breast itself but I marinate them always and take the tendon out. And bread and season my own if tenders.

Breasts are okay for certain purposes and if not overcooked. They are the biggest part and quite often the dryest but people scared of chicken like that white meat look and no bone. Cut down and again marinated in buttermilk helps.

But dark meat is juiciest and tastiest. It is only my opinion.

I'll use almost any part of the chicken. Depending on what part though I might do something different with it.
