Breast can be difficult to cook just right, the trick is to catch it before it gets dry. Thigh meat is much easier to cook as it can be cooked right through to fall apart...Thighs, drumsticks and livers. Mmmm-mmmm. I find the breast a little too dry for my taste, unless I'm going to make it into chicken salad. Otherwise, gimme that juicy tasty dark meat. Same for turkey.
