What is your favorite vacation spot?

Well it had been Our camper... but may be rethinking that over the next two weeks....

Someplace new. But we enjoy Galveston for a quick getaway.

Like CarolfromTX for us it's someplace new. We like to travel to places we haven't been. Some of the places we hope to hit are a Safari, the mountain gorillas, Easter Island, The Galopagos Islands, Chile, parts of Brazil, the Greek Islands, more of France, China high points and many other places.

For repeat trips it's camping in Morro Bay, Lake Tahoe or places along the coast. We also like to go to the Paso Robles area for wine tasting weekends.

I live by 2 large National Parks so when I get away I like Las Vegas or South Lake Tahoe, both in Nevada. I would say Pismo Beach but my husband doesn't like the coast much so I usually don't bother.

Hubbies family has a small cottage on a fresh water lake in Wilberforce ON. We go there every August long weekend. Sure hope we will be able to this year.
