What is your peanut butter preference?

Crunchy for me, the crunchier the better.

I don’t eat sandwiches, but love PB with a sliced apple, or a banana.

I also love Cashew butter, but I’ve never found a crunchy one!
I tried Cashew one time, but I still prefer Peanut. Cashews are not crunchy by nature. Their natural texture already has a creamy type texture, so you may not get the contrast in a crunchy cashew butter, not like you would with peanuts.

Many are highly processed and filled with sugar and other nasties.
Filled with? Nah. 2T regular Jif peanut butter has 3 grams of sugar. Compare to 2T of jelly which has 20 grams of sugar.
when I'm doing a "No sugar" diet 3 grams of sugar is the what I allow myself from a single food. My whole wheat bread has that for 2 slices and Cheerios has 3 grams per serving. That's the only cold cereal I can eat on my no more than 3 grams sugar rule.

Long ago, I used to chop some cashews, to mix in with cookie dough.
Yummy, cashew cookies. 😊☺️😁

I checked the local store website. They don't carry cashew butter, only peanut and almond and the almond is almost $10 for a 12 oz. jar.
Cashew butter can be sort of bland, but that is my taste buds, and it was made by someone using a processor, don't remember if salt was added. I like cashews generally.
