What is your perfect Pizza?

We make our own, and so can use organic ingredients. I like pepperoni, sausage, bacon, onions, mushrooms and black olives and, of course, lots of cheese and a tomato sauce.

I also would love a few anchovies (at least, I used to love them), but my husband would pass out cold if an anchovy passed his lips. LOL!
 
When I was working, I used to go to Chicago 3 or 4 times a year. I Always made it a point to go to one of their Pizza places for some Chicago Deep Dish Pizza....the best I've every had. We keep a couple of Red Baron Supreme Pizza's in the freezer for days when we've been busy, and just need a quick supper....our local grocery sells them for $4...often $3, on sale.
 
I`ve shared my fave on here before but for the newbies it`s.......pesto sauce (no tomato sauce),Roasted Red Bell Peppers,Roasted Eggplant slices,topped with Mozzarella. Hard to find so I usually just make it at home.
 
Thin crust pizza dough, not bread dough. Tomatoes, Italian sausage and sliced Mozzarella, not grated. Screaming hot coal fired oven .

New Haven style pizza; next thing to Italy.
